These terms and conditions govern the use of the BetMoosh platform, including the website, mobile site and mobile application (together, "the Platform"). By creating an account, a player accepts these terms in full. BetMoosh reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with material changes communicated to registered players by email or an in-account notice.
1. Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher.
- One account is permitted per person, household and IP address.
- Access is void where prohibited by local law. Players are responsible for confirming their own jurisdiction's legality of online gambling.
- Employees of BetMoosh and their immediate family members may not hold player accounts.
2. Account Registration and Verification
Registration requires accurate personal details, including full legal name, date of birth and a valid email address. BetMoosh may request identity verification documents, including government-issued ID and proof of address, at any point, and reserves the right to suspend an account pending verification, particularly before processing a withdrawal. Providing false information during registration is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Players may not deposit funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity. BetMoosh reserves the right to reverse deposits and void associated winnings where such activity is suspected, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
- Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement stated on the specific promotion at the time it is claimed.
- Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active; exceeding them may void the bonus and associated winnings.
- Bonuses are limited to one per player, household and payment method unless stated otherwise.
- BetMoosh reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at its discretion, without affecting bonuses already credited under the prior terms.
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns to guarantee profit, voids any bonus funds and associated winnings.
5. Game Rules and Fairness
All games are provided through licensed third-party studios and independently tested for random number generation fairness. Crash and other provably fair games publish verifiable seed data for players who wish to audit round outcomes. In the event of a software malfunction, the round in question is voided and any stake returned to the affected player's balance.
6. Responsible Gambling
BetMoosh provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary time-outs and permanent self-exclusion tools within account settings. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to contact independent support organisations listed on the homepage footer. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
BetMoosh may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, underage access, or at the player's own request. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed terms violation, remaining bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited; verified cash balances unrelated to the violation remain withdrawable.
8. Limitation of Liability
BetMoosh is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or events outside its reasonable control. Total liability in any dispute is limited to the balance held in the affected player's account at the time the dispute arose.
9. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should first be raised with player support. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution service designated by BetMoosh's licensing authority, whose details are available on request from support.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BetMoosh holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved through the channels above is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that licence's courts.
